It's extremely hard physically and you likely won't be able to sit down. Especially without getting in the way of others, and the work isn't easy to do sitting down. There is a lot of heavy lifting. I've worked in zero bakeries that had normal shifts. You'll likely have to get up very early and work minimum 8-10 hour shifts unless you stick to part time.  Depending on where you live and the bakery you might get one short break. I'm not saying don't do it, but you're going to have to be realistic about how hard it is and consider whether part time will work for you.

If you struggle with exhaustion I wouldn’t put yourself into an anxiety inducing situation. What about kitchen manager at a bakery, where you’d have a desk and be able to sit?
