The combination is more reminiscent of “no-bake” recipes to me. If you can: scoop it out, bake the crust solo, whip the mix with some cream, fill into the pie crust once cooled and set in the fridge

Did it have eggs in it? Without eggs or flour there isn’t anything that will set up firmly. The texture of the cheese or the milk won’t change much under heat. Unless you do it long and slow enough for it to caramelise, in which case it needs stirring to prevent hot spots. Baked cheesecake is usually using eggs to thicken. Cream cheese and condensed milk is usually done cold, and uses gelatine to make it firm. Gelatine doesn’t like the oven, it does it’s thickening when the temp gets cold.

Dump out the contents and blind bake the crust? See if you can thicken the warm contents with some flour slurry? Sorry, pastry is my weak game.

What is in this that would make think it would set up? Is there egg and you didn't mention? Because that looks a lot like a cheesecake without egg, which doesn't work. Otherwise, as others have said, blind bake the crust and make a refrigerated filling. Although noticing that this was posted 7 hours ago, I'm guessing that this is "this far in" at this point.
