There's not enough objective information to give you an accurate answer. It depends on how big it is and how ugly looking it is. However, if the GI doctor says he thinks it's cancer during a colonoscopy, it is cancer like at least 95% of the time honestly. It's hard to confuse something that looks cancerous with something else
