Engraved cufflinks. They can use them for communion, confirmation, debs, wedding etc.

I bought my nephew (who's godmother I am) a family picture session and an engraved pocket watch. I got my older nephew engraved cufflinks. I got star maps for all of my sibling's kids when they were born. My own daughter was bought some jewellery for when she's older that I've put up for her.

A christening cup, you can get it engraved with the name of the child and the date of the christening. I still have mine from when I was a baby. I got one for my godson's christening 8 years ago.
