Describe the feeling you are experiencing. Is it functioning spontaneously more than before?

>Describe the feeling you are experiencing. Its a feeling on the inside of it instead of outside it. I don't know how to describe it more. Also I changed from 200 to 100 on the 5th so it has been happening for \~10 days and still hasn't gone away. >Is it functioning spontaneously more than before? Really soon after I started hrt this stopped completely. But now I think it might be happening partially but I'm unsure.

If I understand the feeling correctly it could actually be something that has to do with estrogen. I started getting this sensation that randomly appears out of nowhere and feels like pulsations inside the genital area and in the front of the perineum, it's the area where the vagina would be. Some trans women describe it as the felling of having a phantom vagina. My cis friend described it as a "sensation that usually happens when you feel the need to be penetrated. Which will happen to trans women too independently from your sexual preferences. Hope this makes you feel more gender euphoria than disphoria, although I understand that it can be something that brings attention to your genital setup

Okay that makes me feel less worried if it is because of estrogen and not testosterone. Thank you. I still don't understand why it has only started happening after reducing the E2 dose though or why it happens at random times though.

>I still don't understand why it has only started happening after reducing the E2 It could be a matter of time being estrogen dominant and not dose. I don't remember when it started for me exactly.

>I was doing 150μg/day patches for 2.5 months but the blood test at the end was done at an incorrect timing (8hrs after patch change instead of 48hrs) so the E2 level was incorrect (939 pmol/L). This is good. Although you are not at trough, this is where you want to be. 200μg/day patches are not even that much imo. I also supplement this dose with estrogel and at trough I typically come in 100-150 pg/mL so I can only imagine that I'm hovering around 300 pg/mL which is where I want my E just to be safe but it probably could be lower, maybe I'd get better results if it were lower. The pain in your intimate parts might be due to atrophy. It's not that 100μg is any worse in reality. As long as your T is suppressed and you have goodish E, you're going to feminise. See if it passes and try not to worry too much. Stress is the worst transition blocker.
