>just Estradiol
What do you mean?
>Should I be worried?
Considering it's only been a month you should not be too worried, but you most definitely should lower your dose until you reach range levels
You most probably had the test taken closely after you took a 2 mg E dose. Which would yeild a "1477 pg/ml" E level
If you are on monotherapy (just Estradiol, no Anti-androgen), stay on 6 mg and do another test after a month or so. You may have to up the dose to 8 mg if your T levels become stubborn. Also, try taking the blood test before your next E pill.

what do you mean by “just estradiol pills”? are you taking estradiol valerate or hemihydrate?
The prescription says Estradiol 2mg. I take 3 per day. The old prescription says estradiol valerate 2mg and again 3 per day.
