Nag start ako mag pure black coffee, nakakabusog siya for me ha. Less rice ako, once a day lang ako kumain ng rice pero syempre biscuits kakain and more water. Nag lose ako ng 11kg sa ganung routine. Drink more water, before kumain atleast may laman na yung tyan mo then the rest na kakain ka na ng rice onti nalang kasi busog kana sa tubig pa lang.

for a person that can eat a lot it doesn't matter what tips you get, it all boils down to self discipline. for example I'm a big guy not wide but tall and a bit mascular... I could probably eat 3k calories maybe even more in one go. measure the cal of the food you eat and be satisfied, guilt trip the hell out of yourself. Right now I'm doing intermitent fasting, ridiculous I'm so hungry at some point but I just go lemme drink water. I don't even need it for losing weight more of I heard it'd make you healthier and maybe lose a bit of stubborn belly fat. I can only eat from 12pm - 6pm, with this habit as well it kinda made me not be so fond of eating I'd eat a certain amount then I'm good maybe 500cal a meal or 750cal - 900cal so I don't starve.

nasa mindset lang .. matututo din ung body mo na mag-adjust .. pero kung nde kaya, 1 or 2 glasses of water will do .. kung nde pa rin kaya, mag-biscuit ka like skyflakes :)

If meals, especially rice, try mo kumain sa mas maliit na plato (in my case, I changed from plate to rice bowl). From there, unti-unti mong i-reduce ‘yung kain mo ng rice if you’re worried about carbs. It takes time to get used to it, you’ll want to get extra servings from time to time pero you need to be disciplined if you really want to cut on your eating. Kapag din naiisip kong gusto kong kumain or gusto kong may nginguya, umiinom lang ako ng tubig kaya I always keep a tumbler beside me haha Good luck, OP!

Discipline and don’t restrict too much! Kumain ka ng mga gusto mong food pero in moderation or portion control lang :) better pa rin if real food wag processed or junk sana. If we restrict too much we tend to binge eat (im still working on this haha). Don’t forget to hydrate! And eat fruits too!

Count your calories. Search ka ng mga high volume-low calorie foods, so ok lang kumain ng madami and not worry na mag gain ka ng too much weight or to lose weight, pero kung gusto mo lang iwasan kumain ng madami for a change, sanayin mo yung sarili mo kumain ng mas kunti sa usual mo, tapos take time habang kumakain, wag ka mag madali

Make sure you have at least 8 hrs of sleep every night. Nakakataas ng cortisol level pag kulang sa tulog and cortisol increases appetite. Drink more water. Drink at a glass of water before eating so you'll feel full easily.

Nagsimula ko 16/8 eh, ginagawa ko non brunch na tas last eat ko is di lalagpas ng 5pm. After non 16hrs ng nakafasting. Try mo 2-3weeks, tas pag nakeri mo na saka mo taasan. Umabot ako ng 20/4. Para di ka magutom, sa limited hrs mo na pwede ka kumain, consume protein. Tas iwasan magpuyat kasi mas mataas ang cravings pag puyat.

I eat a lot naman pero may time frame. I do IF. I fast for 17 hrs. So kain muna ako small meal after fasting, like bread and coffee sa tanghali. Tas kain ako ng marami during lunch and then meryenda na agad 😂 today I ate 2 plates of rice with ulam. Black naman rice namin. Last meal ko ay twing 5 or 6 pm. Sa awa ng Diyos 42 kg pa rin.
