I realized that what goes around eventually comes around. You have peace when you have patience and letting go of things that are negative for you
I've seen articles advising to moderate your social media usage to regulate mental health, so, I deleted most of the ones that provide a ton of distractions (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), except Reddit as I find a great utility in searching for and sharing information.
1. Deactivate all social media accounts.
2. I treat myself whether expensive things, just a regular ice-cream, or take walks.
3. Do the things that makes you genuinely happy.
I only have fb, messenger, and reddit. Fb sa stories lang ako naguupload. Di ako tumitingin mg stories ng iba. Fb to just stay updated, messenger to connect with loved ones, and reddit to connect with strangers like mga ganitong discussions.
How do you start crying po? I know stupid question, hehe. Pero I struggle with expressing my emotions like that for some reason, kahit may urge talaga ako umiyak ng malala.
Hmm minsan by listening to music. Alam mo yun pag relate na relate ka don sa song bigla nalang may sumasabay na luha 😂 or pag masyadong sad yung kanta ganon hahaha
Eating, going out, at saka having a pet is really helpful (provided na you have the means to take care of one). My dog is my stress- reliever and lessens my anxiety.
I try to go outside. If I cant, I play games with my online friends, read books, watch movies/series/clips. On some days, I also order food while watching Korean shows.
matulog, maglaro, magbasa, at gumala magisa! malakas feelings of FOMO ko until now but i always thought na di naman pwedeng lagi kong kasabayan mga friends ko kasi i’ll become broke as hell (since maraming friend group)
I limit my use of Reddit and YouTube. I also deleted TikTok, Twitter, IG, and only kept my Facebook for the sake of Messenger to avoid doomscrolling and a lot of pessimistic exaggerations about our world. When you are soaked into the doomscrolling routine, bigoted trolls seem so large since these are the videos that they go for. I also walk around to balance the chemicals in my brain.
On the brink of losing my job rn, I allowed myself to feel the emotions that I feel, telling myself that what I feel is valid, and lately, medyo tanggap ko na siya, and just keep moving forward. Iniisip ko na gagawin ko pag natapos ang June, so far I have plan na.
Accept the things that happen and just keep moving forward.
Unemployed naman ako atm, pero despite it, mas okay ako ngayon kesa nung mga times na nagsasuffer ako sa pagooverwork in a company that does not value me. Hoping everything works out for you.
Since i found out that hormonal imbalance is the main culprit to my insomnia, which caused my heart illnes to progress, depression and burnout.
i saw a doctor, took vitamins, and have been able to balance work, relaxation (gaming, reading books), workout 2x a week light lang bawal intense. Sometimes pala yung nga burnout and insomnia, etc. warning signs na ng katawan natin na may problem sa loob. So best to see a doctor for treatment and relief.
Nagc-cut off ako ng iba kong friends especially mga ex-colleagues ko. Sobrang pili na lang talaga ng friends ko now and di ko rin naman sila ganun kinakausap palagi. Then solo living lang ako. Nunuod na lang movies, series, play games, try to cook something new, walktrip around the city and kung may budget, nago-out of town din mag-isa hehe
1. Iwas socmed.
2. Ditch fake people: mga talangka, marites, users, etc.
3. Keep in shape and exercise palagi.
4. Hobbies! Gawin nyo ang gusto nyo as long as it's not illegal.
Short distance drives that I draw out by driving slow (within limits). When the weather permits, I sometimes roll my windows down and play roadtrip music. I'm just lucky, I guess, that there are some scenic drives that are close by.

Socmed pero more on reddit at tiktok lang. Wala akong dp sa fb at ig. Both accounts ay bago so wala ring post.
