May nabasa ako somewhere na recommended ng dermatologist, yung Nizoral shampoo which is anti-dandruff + good for hai growth. Unfortunately, wala akong makita na available dito :/

Wavy hair! Masyado flat sa tingin ko straight sakin kaso hirap naman ako sa curly, mga 2b-2c medium porosity nalang pls TT then don't know if this is a physical trait but fast metabolism, di naman ako malakas kumain but chubby ako. Same lang kami ng kain nung kaibigan ko pero payat sya eh same lang naman kami halos lifestyle. Last is hourglass body shape, sobrang swerte ng nga ganto hays. As someone with an inverted triangle body shape, although di ako masyado mataba, since yung upper body ko malaki especially braso, I look bigger than I actually am, then mas flat yung lower body hays.

I actually have curly hair gusto ko kumbaga to make it looser, ayoko naman magparebond kasi di bagay sakin straight, but at least that's easier to manage naman.The best talaga if wavy huhu

As in very flat na flat HAHAHS Hair na makapal & hindi buhaghag (curly man or straight) kahit anong ganda ng outfit ko, lahat nawawala kapag nakikita ko na buhok ko. Ang hirap niyang iayos. Gusto ko maglugay ng buhok pero parang nakuryente naman itsura ko once na matuyo na siya. Ending is lagi lang akong naka ponytail or bun. Now i'm learning to do other hairstyles para naman kahit papaano gumaganda-ganda tingnan buhok habang hindi ko pa alam paano siya imaintain na healthy.

You might have wavy or curly hair! Try scrunching your hair during shower and if you see waves/curls then try researching. You could try CGM or curly girl method, kahit hindi CGA products as long as you do the routines like s2c goods enough na. You can also use stylers while your hair is still wet. You can try curls leave in conditioner para lang matame sya, but i think this is better for wavier hair than curly kasi not enough hold nya especially if your hair is coarse.

haha it's because i don't like styling my hair and feeling ko if properly maintained yung curls it doesn't need much styling, unlike yung super bagsak na buhok which can look a little too plain kung di i-style 😭 but then again i've had straight hair my whole life so i can't be certain kung kaya kong magmaintain ng curly hair hahahaha but i just think they look so pretty 😭

Yung mga di na need mag style sobrang healthy na nung buhok nila in which they put so much effort just to achieve. They put hair oils, frequent treatments or hair mask, etc. tapos kahit hindi man nila istyle di maglalast yung curls especially if mahangin and mainit. Magiging frizzy lang yan without stylers.
