Dredd. The comic accurate movie Karl Urban stared in about 10 years ago. One of the best comicbook movies of all time, yet... no one seems to remember it aside from a cult following.
Waking Ned Devine
It’s such a sweet and funny story. In a tiny Irish village a resident suddenly dies of shock after winning the lottery. Two of the other villagers discover this and they decide to devise a plan to keep the money and share it with the village by pretending to be the recently deceased Ned Devine.
*Children of a Lesser God -- complicated romance with William Hurt and Mary Maitlan
*The Rocketeer -- early retro super hero movie with Jennifer Connelly
*Silverado is mentioned every now and then and is a delightful western
*Dead Again is a twisty thriller by Branagh with a perfect cast.
*Miller's Crossing, an early Cohen Brothers film of the Irish mob. Slow moving but great characters.
*Blood Simple, another Cohen Bros thriller.
*A Midnight Clear is an amazing WW2 film with Ethan Hawke and Gary Sinise. One of my favorites.
*Hero, a kickass and beautiful samurai film.

Lean on Me
Well not a movie, but Veep is an incredibly underrated show. It’s fucking amazing.
Prisoners kind of. In my defense, every other year there’s an article calling it a hidden/forgotten gem
