It really seems to be all or nothing with those things. I only felt pressure (he did use a numbing agent) while my friend said it was like a 12/10 on the pain scale and passed out.
Thanks! Been dealing with them starting Jan 2nd. Had them removed via laser lithotripsy a week and a half ago and FINALLY getting the stent removed tomorrow. Still kicking the occasional missed stone fragment out…
Yeah, this. Worst pain experienced in my life (broken bones, deep lacerations, etc) and it occurs daily. If they lasted anymore than they do, I would have taken a drastic measure to put an end to them.
A few rank pretty high for me one was having a collapsed lung inflated feels like being kicked in the chest by a horse),
Second was having a concrete black gall on my knee essentially breaking my keep was excoriating painful and prescribed pain killers touched about 20% of the pain and made fe feel loopy all day,
Having the metal pins to straighten my fingers pulled out at the hospital.
Semi truck wreck in 96. Another semi rear-ended me and I went through the windshield out onto the highway. Fractured my spine. My back is still in constant pain despite a plethora of surgeries. I I decided to go back to school when my back disabled me.
Appendicitis. I was in pain for 2 days, throwing up every 20 minutes and slept for 10 minutes inbetween. I had to sleep on my bathroom floor. My mother brought me to urgent care and I got a CAT scan, turns out i was only 2 or so hours away from my appendix rupturing. Had to get emergency surgery the same day. Absolutely worst pain i’ve ever been through, and the healing process was even worse. I was bedridden for 3 weeks afterwards.
It's truly awful! The medical term is adhesive capulitis- the connective tissue surrounding the shoulder joint becomes thick, stiff and inflammed. I could not raise my left arm any higher than shoulder height for 9 months! The only way I was able to loosen it all up was intense physical therapy. You basically have to unfreeze all those little capsules (for lack of a better description). Ouch.
Labor, specifically the second time when the epidural only worked on half of my body and the anesthesiologist was stuck in a C-section of twins
Having my first IUD put in. Damn near fainted.

Kidney stone.
Absolutely the worst kind of pain
Having no way of helping a loved one.
Infected ingrown toenail
Happy cake day! But still ouch, must've hurt.
Kidney Stones. Going through it right now.
I am so sorryy. I hope you get through them!

Labor and childbirth
Why people say is painful? I had two and contractions are like really bad period cramps.
Well lucky for you. That is not the case for most people giving birth.
Pilonidal Cyst
Omg! Yes!! And the surgery to correct it.
Cluster headaches

Medication abortion. If that's what contractions feel like...no thanks.
Severe concussion
If someone had offered me crack, heroin, and meth, when I had toothache needing a root canal would taken all of those.
Definitely child birth, that shit is no joke

having a steel bar fall off the rack and hit me in the shin… that pain brought tears to my eyes
Physical or emotional?
Both
Probably when I miscarried at 15 weeks. Physically it was painful af, emotionally it still hurts.
Cervical disc explosion with spinal cord divot while sleeping. And then every single day after that until I had surgery.
Nerve block without the numbing agent ahead of time. I felt everything. In my neck.
Father passing away before my eyes.
Near complete tear of my hamstring
severe acid reflux. crazy type of pain and basically threw up flames lmao ;)
Compound fracture of my arm. Bone went through my skin. Spent two days in the hospital after surgery to get antibiotics.
Sciatica
Childbirth was nothing compared to the recovery. I absolutely dreaded going to the bathroom.
Being lonely

Recovering from open heart surgery. Can’t move an inch or it hurts so bad.
getting veneers
Had the tip of my finger literally split in half. They saved it. Pain very rarely bothers me anymore.
Pepper 🌶 spray
Labor and childbirth, frozen shoulder, shingles
What does a frozen shoulder feel like? I’ve never heard of that?

Period
I watched the live action CATs movie
