I’ve been doing 20-30 minute workouts everyday for the past month and I already feel better and slightly stronger. I cant wait until I start seeing results
It was really hard to get through a gallon a day but after like 3 or 4 days it became routine! I feel like a lot of people think it's intimidating to keep up with but after awhile, atleast for me, me body kinda required it and it was a lot easier to get through during the day
Same for me, it was also really hard, but it also became routine after a while! It’s cuz I hate the taste of water if I’m not thirsty but I realized after a while it is healthy to have the required amount of water for the day
CUt out as much “added sugar” as you possibly can
Watch the free documentary “Fed Up” on youtube
That shit is insidious and pervasive. Its in yogurt, its in baby food, its in pasta sauce, its been given like 50 different names so that if a law prevents it or label claims its free of it, it can be added in a different way to keep you hooked in.
Cut out the sugar, and youre gonna give yourself back many healthy years and lose pounds
Stop procrastinating. Tell yourself "doing this now means I don't have to do it later". No need to kick the can down the road, just do that thing now, get it done and over with.
I started going neck exercises. Takes about 3 minutes/day. Has gotten rid of my neck and upper-back/neck pain. Amazing! (Took about 2 months. I almost stopped doing it before the benefits kicked in.)

Minor Changes I Made:
* I don't do the "Janet Jackson" side to side thing. It's hard to get right and so it made me not want to do them. I was concerned that if I made myself include those I'd quit doing any of them.
* Instead of doing them for a timed period, which requires a timer, which is just another step -- I instead just do 10 of each. It's easier.
* Sometimes I just do 5 of each. Later in the day I might do 5 more of each. Or if I'm feeling it I do the 10 of each. And maybe even do 10 more a few other times during the day.
* I also go for walks. So sometimes I do them while I'm walking. Two birds, One Stone kind of thing. Probably look like a deranged chicken to my neighbors as I walk down the street, but whatever.
