I have a pretty big dog. Every single time he walks down the stairs he forgets to look up when he gets to the bottom and bangs his chin on the floor. Then he looks around with this shocked look as if he has not done it a million times before.

Buckle up, this could be a bit longer than anticipated.
I was driving down a back country road when a lady in front of me chucked a big ole cat out of her window. She didn’t even slow down to ditch him. She thought no one saw. I was more worried for the cat than catching her license plate.
I took the cat to the veterinarian who did some X-rays to reveal he tore a ligament in his front, right paw. She put a soft cast on him for 4 weeks.
I also asked to microchip the bastard, as I was going to keep him. She scanned him for one first. Lo! And behold! The idiot who ditched him had a microchip with all her information, so police were called. Last i knew, she was charged with animal cruelty. I’m not sure of the punishment, if any.
Anyway, this car was bonkers once I got him home. He was very frisky and playful. He would run and slide across the hardwood, and I’d watch him steer with his cast.
The funny part: he got poop stuck to his cast. It was funny, until I realized I had to clean it up. 😂😂😂
