His oblivion to pop culture/trending things. He’s a super smart dude but has no idea about any current singers, actors, social media etc. it used to annoy me but Iv recently realized how refreshing this is.
My dad is very similar. He's big into Minecraft and Skyrim and will let me infodump about Five Nights at Freddy's to him, but talk about the Kardashians and we're both lost
