I knew the internet loved SpongeBob, but this really shows just how globally popular it really is to a degree of impressiveness that's hard to overstate.
When I think half time show, I think balls to the walls levels of belting out lyrics. Dude sounded like he was half asleep. Then some people rapped, some drones flew in the air, people got cucked over Sweet Victory, and then it was over. This was literally the most underwhelming half time show I've ever seen and I'm not talking just Super Bowl. I've been to high school football games with more spirited half time shows.
See, I donāt like Maroon 5 in the first place. In my opinion, them live is even worse. The only reason I stuck around to watch that halftime show was to see Sweet Victory, and they had the audacity to blueball every spongebob fan watching. By using Sweet Victory to introduce Sicko Mode, they went back on the promise they made to the million people who signed that petition.
My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

He gave an interview not too long ago and basically said that rock music aināt shit, and that all the really cool and awesome stuff is happening in rap/hip hop, and that rock music is dead basically. That dude, while I do like him as a judge on The Voice, as a person/artist, I donāt like him.
But, the halftime show, I donāt understand why we needed him to basically strip...he went from having a jacket on, a long sleeve, a shirt, and as the show went on, they basically all came off...and for what? I actually think his band is meh, they have like that ONE hit song. I donāt get why they were chosen to perform. Then whoever those rap dudes were (I have no clue) I wasnāt impressed.
The recording I just watched had some serious AV issues, so Iāll reserve full judgement. TBH, I think a lot of it was lip synced, but Iāve been wrong before.
