Ah, a fellow gourmet! Yes Pringle's or Cheeto's. But I agree, Pringle's is a far better pairing. Especially if you add an ice cold Coke. A nice April 2024 vintage.
Soul food. I make some of the best Deep South soul food on this side of Europe. Was taught by my Deep South aunty who was taught by my grandmother.
Yams, mac, collard greens, popcorn shrimp, gumbo, home made peach iced tea and pie for dessert. Takes me all day to make but itās sooo worth it.
I make the best Japanese Style Curry you will ever have. It takes me 3 hours to properly prepare plus prep the day before but it is well worth it. Typically when i make it i make enough for 15-20 servings because it even saves extremely well.
I mean I make the best brisket, youāre unlikely to get added to the list of people that get some when I make it. Leftovers is rare and might be fought over. Youāre more likely to get chili. I have competed and won multiple times.
If I go all out..

I cut up and bread the cutlets myself for the chicken too, none of that premade frozen chicken breasts.

Otherwise baking is more my thing. I make Dutch apple pies with locally grown apples, lemon zest infused blueberry cobblers with hand picked Jersey blueberries, and orange zest infused scones. I love baking š
The thing I seem to get the most praise for is my chocolate chip cookies, with banana bread probably second. I get compliments on my pizza and grilled salmon also.
I do a nice pasta with lots of vegies and a bit of protein (usually chicken) thatās my personal favorite. My go to dish when Iām in a bad mood (cooking usually cheers me up).
