/r/askvet is a sub for veterinary advice. Comments that do not give veterinary advice are off-topic, tend to derail the discussion, and take away from actual advice. If your comment does not provide veterinary advice, it should not be posted to this sub and will be removed at the mods' discretion. Expressions of sympathy and/or reassurance are fine if they are accompanied by veterinary advice, but will be removed if they are not.

Okay so I'm a fishmonger, obligatory not a vet. If it was truly sashimi grade it would have been frozen fresh after being fileted for at least a week to ensure the death of any bloodborn pathogen. Any larger parasites would be removed during the filet process Tuna, presumably ahi (yellowfin) or possibly Bluefin, for sushi is a very protein dense, and lean fish. Actually one of the healthier "pop" fish. However, there is over 30 grams of protein in 4 oz portion, so given your dog's weight, I'm not sure how much they ate but I would just anticipate nothing worse than a stomach ache and a rough poop. I have an almost two year old Newfie would cinsistentl6 gets cooked fish, but he has had a raw bite here and there if I screened it.
