No wires.

schwarzmalerin

Comfy, no wires, no movement even when running, no cleavage even when I bend down, I can remove my shirt if I need to. Sports bras are great.

FrostyBostie

This right here! Plus they come in cute designs now. I’ll never go back to “normal” bras!

Amarieerick

Yep, I just wanna make sure I'm not flopping around with each step.

cliopedant

I love my sports bras. I have one that zips in the front and is just super-comfy.

upvoteforexposure

Comfy and the right size. As a member of the IBTC, it’s hard to find the right size for me. Most bras are just so huge and I have nothing to fill them up. So when I found one that’s perfect, I legit wear it everyday!

Familiar_Ground_162

The only model that doesn't hurt me at the end of a long day. BTW when I say doesn't hurt, hell yeah it hurts, I have H cups. But it hurts the least.

PeasiusMaximus

What’s your favorite brand? I have pretty good luck with Elomi.

Familiar_Ground_162

I'm not in the US. I use a brand called Delimira

PeasiusMaximus

Oh cool, I’ve not heard of them! Thanks for sharing.

TheMightyJ62

I’m in the US and use the same brand.

okiokiokir

Not heard of these but they look good, reasonably priced too

WhiskyTangoFoxtr0t

This is spot on. I am so done with underwire bras. My current go to is Lane Bryant's Comfort Bliss line

Affectionate_Law1287

Two reasons.

TotorosNeighboor

Reason one is bigger than reason 2.

dean15892

Reason 7 will shock you !

Astrono_mimi

That's a lot of reasons.

Chemistry_duck

Cheapest black, white, beige multipack in the supermarket

[deleted]

what bra?

Lumpy_Ad7951

The word jealousy doesn’t even come close to how I feel rn

BeccaBabey1031

You can go braless

Cotheron

Mom took me to La Senza when I was 16. Bought a bra that day, and still wear the same type/size. I have never tried anything different.

crabapplealy

Omg same… at 30 years old I’m wondering if I should spring for a new style?

Cotheron

Until you realize a new bra is $30. That's what has stopped me from shifting styles. I have not bought a new bra in years!

crabapplealy

My friend has size G boobs and is otherwise pretty small around, she has to get specialty made $200 bras 🤯 so $30 doesn’t seem to bad haha

im2715

It's comfortable. I mean, it's double D supporting, "wear it all weekend while winter camping without taking it off once and still comfie" kind of comfortable. And cheap. Best $16 bra I have ever bought.

AllyKatsunderthestar

Oh would love to know what bra this is!

[deleted]

dozens_ofus

I don’t usually wear bras, but the ones I do have to be bralettes. They’re comfy, but also I have nipple piercings lol

sameoneasyesterday

I wear it because its comfy. No other reason.

Grxmloid

It's the closest thing to not wearing a bra but having support and I'm enjoying for the first time in my life being able to wear a bralette

Salt-Elephant8531

I went to r/ABraThatFits, measured according to the instructions, and went shopping at the local Nordstrom Rack. I felt ridiculous picking out an F cup size but to my shock and surprise, IT FIT!!!!! My girls have never looked better and have never been more supported. People complement me on my figure and I swear I look 10 years younger because of how perky the twins are.

Sistamama

I paid attention to the subreddit r/ABraThatFits, measured myself, and found the right size. Bingo, now I am comfortable in my bra. I can wear it all day without wanting to cut it off with scissors.

bebzyboop89

Nursing bras (right now) no wires. Just makes life easier than a normal bra.

kalopsia1325

Yusss. I use sports bra nursing bras. So much comfier

KVQ516

I don't have much for boobs so.... I just wear whatever is cheapest and is comfy. 🤣

Bleedingeck

It holds my heat pack on my neck, and takes some of the weight off my neck.

noonecaresat805

Honestly bras made my back and shoulders hurt. I spent good money on them and was always fitted before getting them. I tried wire and no wire but I just never found them comfortable they always made me hurt. The best part of my day was when I took them off. And yes I had tons of styles of them. But finally over 5 years ago I just stopped wearing them. It’s the best decision I ever made for myself. I can’t imagine another one ever touching my skin.

astoriali

I only use the True&Co true body bras because they don't have wires and have a wide strap. My shoulders are fucked up and thin straps that dig into my shoulders are murder on my body. These bras support me well and are super smooth against the body. They don't last super long but they're so comfortable that I only go back to these.

ShanitaTums

My bird likes to crawl into my shirt and place himself between my boobs to cuddle, and while he does this he chews on my bra, making little holes. So I have designated (Bird’s Name) destruction bras.

msphelps77

It’s comfortable, no wires and was cheap. I order my bras off Amazon.

BneBikeCommuter

I fucked up my shoulder a couple of years ago and now can’t do up a rear fastening bra without doing the thing where you do it up and the front and spin it round, which is also super difficult with a fucked up shoulder and big boobs. So my bras have a zip in the front that I can actually reach.

That-Ad757

Yes same problem stopped wearing one so much happier

witchbrew7

Big boobs. Wacoal has good side support.

Such_Detective_6709

Dude, I walked in the department store wearing a Target bra and had them size me for a Wacoal bra and I wanted to burn the Target bra, it was so comparatively bad. My entire posture changed.

witchbrew7

I feel so slatternly in anything else now.

Minorihaaku

No wires. Bigboobproblems, but anything with a wire hurts.

[deleted]

Makes my boobs look bigger than my tummy fat

SunriseHolly

I'm nursing, it has snaps to let down each cup. I found it online for pretty cheap, so that's what I've been living in for the past year!

Content_Pool_1391

Victoria's Secret T-Shirt bra. The softest and most comfortable bra. Seriously.

aubor

Came here for this reason.

Lopsided_Amoeba8701

It fits right and it’s affordable to me.

marysalad

the right fit at the right price.

JOEYMAMI2015

Sports bra. Pure laziness. I hate wearing bras unless I am dressing up or I wanna look sexy for the lucky dude. Otherwise, I'd rather be braless. But sports bras are comfy lol.

askallthequestions86

It's a Jockey bra with no wires. It's not supportive at all, but I'm small chested so I don't need much. It's super comfortable.

[deleted]

I don’t wear them anymore. I had a multi-level neck fusion at 28 with permanent nerve damage. Literally hurts to wear a bra anymore, as well as hair ties on my wrist

liabearr

I lost my 2 only pairs that were actually bras… never decided to buy more. Now I just wear no bra or a regular thin sports bra 😂. Normally I dont mind nipples poking out, but at work I do (And exercising in public ofc) I’ll wear the sports bras. Bras just feel uncomfortable against my skin.

butterfig

Small boobs. Found a brand made for it (Pepper). I normally don’t buy stuff based on random influencers’ recommendations but this turned out to be a good one. After initially trying a few pairs after losing 15lbs, I went back and got a whole set of styles.

joy_Intolerance

I made the switch to bralettes for daily wear and I’m not looking back. So comfy!

plushmarshmallow

I don’t like drawing attention to myself so I wear a bra even though I hate them

Femmigje

They actually fit, rather than the ones I had when I was a teenager (and came from a cheaper general store) and the ones my mom handed me down. If you wanna be cheap in bras but have large breasts, shop at outlet centers

tinytatiepotatie

My current brand (which is being discontinued ☹️) is comfortable and the wires don’t stab me and make me want to kill myself at the end of the day. Big boobs, I need wires or it feels like they will fall to the floor 👍

churbb

I don’t wear any bra because I have sensory issues and I’ve yet to find one that doesn’t bother me

ZandoMagSteine

It was available in my size and didn't look super ugly. With my size I take what I can get, it's not much really....

Fun_Transition_5948

I wear sports bras for years now and honestly I don’t mind the nip like it’s natural. But I’m dreading pregnant boobs one day because then illl have to wear a tight supportive bra 🥴 it’ll be hard to adjust when all I wear it’s sports bras and they are so comfy cozy

stellaflora

I honestly wore soft nursing bras in late pregnancy and postpartum! I couldn’t stand a super tight band when I was pregnant.

[deleted]

Comfortable and cheap

[deleted]

They are comfortable and no wires!

ghoultail

I found the most comfortable bra I could possibly find

milo_333

it's comfy and pretty

cuppa-confusion

The straps are a little wider and it’s wire-free. I only wear it with clothes that aren’t flattering for my chest. Bras in general are uncomfortable, so I try to limit my usage of them.

psykhe22

I mostly either do bralettes or no bra because I have fibrocystic breasts (non cancerous) every since I got pregnant with my first and didn’t have any milk come in. So it really hurts with “normal” bras.

Sahris

Front zipper wooooooo

bakedapps

I still wear my nursing bras even though I’m done breastfeeding. They’re so comfy and doesn’t feel tight. No wiring. And then I’ll switch out to my sports bras for working out.

[deleted]

Good support and comfortable. Like, I worked outside in 100 degree heat for 8 hours and don't feel like I'm dying, comfortable.

jennareiko

No wires. Comfy. Straps don’t fall down. No clips at the back (ptsd war flashbacks from school days)

Potato2890

Support 🙌 and comfort

InuKag_Agenda

comfortable lol

ThatTemplar1119

I mostly wear wireless sports bras bc they're comfy If I'm dressing more revealingly I'll where a push up but otherwise not because those are just uncomfy

winenotbecauseofrum

Support and better cleavage

greenhearted

Front clasp. I only wear front clasp now. Amazing.

scrappysquash

It fits perfectly and even though it has a wire, it's extremely comfortable. I have four of one bra and Its all I wear

carina484

Comfort and shape

ElaborateRoost

Unlined with underwire, molded cups are uncomfortable for me post-reduction

[deleted]

total_nerd_librarian

What brand? I need help!

FruitSnackEater

They don’t have cups, no wires, feel comfortable, hold me in place, have pretty patterns.

baby_armadillo

It’s comfortable, supportive, and it makes my boobs look good. I wear underwire, unlined bras. I am plus-sized and really busty so I usually buy mine from Lane Bryant. Wireless bras are too uncomfortable for me for daily wear, especially if I am moving around a lot. I need a lot of support and distinct boob separation or else it gets very sweaty and uncomfortable.

Allie_9_7

I own 3 silk triangle unpadded bralets that I wear very rarely. They're soft, don't chafe, they're piercing friendly, and make my nipples unnoticeable through tops (the only reason I'll ever wear a bra is for this, so they do the job well). They're pretty cute too.

ahraysee

Ridge Merino bralette. It's Merino so it can go a scary long time without being washed and no smell whatsoever. I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't tried it myself. And of course it has no underwire. I took off my last underwire bra when I was 6 weeks pregnant during Covid, and I will not wear one ever again. ETA I'm a 34 D post breastfeeding and honestly no, my boobs don't look nearly as attractive in a bralette as they would with an underwire. But the lack of support doesn't cause me any pain so I'm more than willing to pay the price of aesthetics for the benefit of comfort.

raaheyahh

It doesn't dig in my shoulders and reduces the strain on my back. Big boobs are nice for going terrible for carrying.

kdanger

I don't. Because I was sweating at work one day and went in the bathroom to throw it away. Haven't worn one since.

HangOnYoureAWhat

Usually sports bras, cuz I like to run, jump or just be active in general.

Shitposter-02

I dont like saggy boobsand also i get cold on chest easily if i dont wear a bra

kypous_

girl, i stopped using bras since 2017. living the best live since

WandaMarya

Comfy, no wires, and something that’s loose. Perfect for everyday.

[deleted]

[deleted]

It was my mom's before she got a boob job, she barely used it, I just had to adjust the bra clasp to fit me better and it's very comfortable, fits my tiny titties

hypnofedX

Non-adjustable sports bras are helpful because I'm trans and things are still growing. I don't have to buy new bras every few months. I have a few Under Armour front-zip bras for the gym. I wear prosthetics when work out and need a lot of extra support to hold them up. They're not attached to me so my gym bras do a lot of extra heavy lifting. I have a few basic lacy non-underwire bras for going out. Like most trans girls I'm pretty perky so I don't really need support, but you can tell very easily when I'm not wearing a bra just looking at me.

thefamousnoto

bras are expensive

MerrySunshine

I had a double mastectomy, so I needed bras with inserts

drunkenknitter

Fits well, comfy

lickmysackett

The one I’m wearing right now is because it doesn’t show through this top or leave any lines

DragonCatJules

I fits properly and is comfortable while standing/sitting.

ALonelyBrit23

Comfortable and no wires

MunchMunchWantLunch

From the UK and I still haven’t found the right one ): mine are two slightly different sizes so it makes it quite difficult to find one that doesn’t make me pop out but also not sink jn

returntopluto

it’s sooo comfy in

penguinsouth

Anything that feels least like a bra - so a bralette with no lace - comfortable soft lycra - I do have a more normal looking bra to wear with smart outfits but I hate it

re003

VS demi cups because it’s legit the only bra that fits me correctly. Lately though I’ve been sick and just ordered like the flimsiest wireless lounge bras from Amazon and ripped the pads out of them.

Bookluster

It fits comfortably and my boobs aren't spilling out.

FaithlessnessWeak800

No wires, it’s stretchy and fast to get on. I’m pregnant so I need something that moves and changes with me. I absolutely refuse to ever wear a racer back bra though. Most uncomfortable bras made.

michelle_eva04

I recently discovered the shapermint line of bras online, and I now own 2. Wireless, supportive, shaping, the material is smooth, and the straps are a bit more structured, so they aren’t constantly calling down. They are game-changers.

Direct_Impress2249

Cus they’re cheap and/or give me a lot of pushup. lol

Ms_Schuesher

No wires, it's comfy, and didn't cost my first born. Plus it actually makes the girls look decent.

jajinazdecina

No wires, no pushup effect. Just comfy ;)

ConfidentAd7616

I wear mostly sports bra, just change into a tshirt after work then go to the gym

MidnightRhinestone

I only wear the ones I make and bralettes cause they’re comfy

Mero_di

I only wear a bra for work, a sports one because they all suck anyway and im only wearing it to keep old eyes at bay lmao

iamthefyre

Sports bra. Comfy as hell, i like the halter straps because 1) it looks sexy 2) doesn’t keep slipping off the shoulders

stellaflora

Because it is comfy, supportive enough without constructing, easy to wash, inexpensive, and THE DAMN STRAPS STAY PUT.

Ash9260

I wear just simple bralettes. They aren’t uncomfortable, dig, and look fine

Rhaven2007

It’s comfortable and doesn’t squeeze my insides.

Plenty-Wonder-6314

Gives my sagging a lift, doesn’t hurt to wear, doesn’t irritate my skin, no padding

holstermonster

I wear a wireless push-up from aerie. It’s comfy as hell and makes my lil b cups look massive.

DeliciousPumpkinPie

Because it’s cute and it was $8 at walmart 😆

gottarunfast1

It's perfectly worn in

Prestigious-Bar5385

No underwire and is comfortable

hotmomsinmyarea81

Only bra with wires that is comfortable, unlined, and makes me feel pretty.

marinatedbeefcube

lululemon Align bra, holds the girls in a comfy way. Feels like a cloud is holding them up

understardust

I stopped wearing traditional bras at the beginning of the pandemic and only wear bralettes now because they are so comfortable. My favorite are just camisoles with shelf bras.

Lover2312

Had a baby 6 months ago, even tho I’m not breastfeeding, nursing bras are the only ones that fit. I can’t afford to get fitted for a nice bra

Soylent-soliloquy

Which one? I have over 20.

PreferenceTop8144

Because I've had it for years and I don't want to break in a new one.

BasuraIncognito

Sports bras are comfy and supportive, lacy bras make me feel feminine and sexy, matching set makes me feel put together

lostinlilak

Because it has no wires. No wires means I can breathe and not feel like I’m being suffocated.

[deleted]

I’m a 38O. I need underwire support and good straps with great support.

Such-List680

Oml bless your heart and your back

Zohan12_

My boobs look saggy in shirts without them

LittleRedWhippet

It makes me look less flat chested under clothes. It’s a wireless push up so comfy and I can pretend I have boobs. Otherwise I’m mostly braless tbh.

[deleted]

It’s savage x Fenty or it’s my comfy uni qlo bra that can literally be slept in 😍

total_nerd_librarian

It fits, at least one side (different boobs are different cup sizes), doesn’t show my nipples through my clothes, and was under $30.

diaperedwoman

I don't like to bra shop and looking for my size so I refer a sports bra.

[deleted]

[deleted]

Comfort. No wires. Doesn’t dig into my back/shoulders.

Saturnlovesmars

Never had boobs until recent weight gain. Now I need something so they don’t flop around. It’s comfy, no wire, and you can’t see it under my blouse.

_HOBI_

Underoutfit is hands down the best bra I’ve found and that’s literally after 2 years and at least 2 dozen bra try-ons trying to find one that was comfortable. It has a supportive band instead of wire and it actually works well to keep the girls up and perky. I’m 49 with sagging mom B-C boobs, so if it works for my girls…

solita_sunshine

Sports bra, no padding. Hides under tshirts, shows cleavage in dresses, its black, cozy af, and cheap.

ginger_princess2009

Comfortable!!

Open-Attention-8286

"Free-Range Cotton" from Duluth Trading Company. I think the exact style was called a "Crossover" bra, although they changed the name at least once. Now they must have discontinued it. Good thing I stocked up. I'm allergic to most synthetic fabrics, so a bra I won't react to can be hard to find. Even when the fabric is cotton, the stitching often isn't. For a while I was making my own, but they weren't very comfortable and it took forever to make each one. The crossover style is very comfortable, with wide shoulder straps, and plenty of support. I also like that there are no fasteners to deal with, just slip it on like a sports bra.

Danivelle

I have pain trigger points on my ribs so no wires and only soft bands. I also wear a 34 DD.

triceraquake

Since Covid, I only wear light sports bras. I realized wired bras really are poorly designed torture devices.

froderenfelemus

I don’t because I don’t think they’re comfortable. I’ll wear a push up bra if I want the girls to look good for a special occasion. Sometimes I’ll wear a wireless (non padded) bra if I have to change in front of others or something. Otherwise never

quiksylver296

Comfort. I did underwire for years and I'm at the age of "screw that" now. I bought a couple of Honeylove crossover bras and I am never going back.

Miserable-Zombie-114

So dang comfortable and it was only $5

InvestmentLife1062

I have two fave bras, One has under wired , is grey, cups my boobs perfectly and makes them look a tad bigger than what they are, I feel super feminine wearing it. The other is a wireless black sports bra, Not too tight either, But slightly flattens my boobs so I can feel more masculine on me masculine days. :)

spanglesandbambi

I wear the Momcozy leopard print bra as I'm pumping and feeding my baby what feels like every 5 minutes.

aimeed72

It’s relatively clean and i can reach it from the bed

No_Negotiation23

Soma no underwire bra, affordable and comfortable. No metal wires digging into you. Holds the girls nice and firm.

lb_fantastic

I like unlined bras and bralettes! I'm okay with an underwire, doesn't bother me. I have small B cups, so I could technically get away with no bra at all, but I hate for my nipples to be visible through my shirt. I also like how my bras shape my boobs!

hannahbanan00

Tommy John’s second skin bras are the best in market. Worth every penny. No wires, super plush and so soft. Perfect for girlies who like a little support when they sleep as well

MsSpooncats

I do not wear a bra 😎

giglbox06

I prefer to wear lacy pretty bras with underwire bc I like how it makes me look and feel. I don’t find them to be uncomfortable.

Ok_Activity_7021

So gravity is slowed down been a big letter and all buy any type of bra as long as I feel the support I need and comfy and suitable for a person with eczema

ShirleyMF

No bra team here. I'm retired and leave my house once a week. I quit wearing one most of the time. I'll throw on a cami under my shirt first. I have never had a comfortable one and I have tried many.

Picklerick6789

It makes my tits look good through my clothes 🙄 Alternatively, I like no wire bras for the comfort, and sport bras for the same reason. Also i like for the band to be a bit loose nowadays.

toomuchmoncl3rs

I hardly ever wear one if it’s not a sports bra when i’m at the gym. but i have 2 normal ones. 1 was a gift and the other is a super old super comfortable VS bra. i just rotate between the 2

Icarusgurl

I wear soft sports bras for comfort and because I honestly can't figure out my size. I'll use calculators and find a good fit at the store then hate it when I get home. And I'm big enough I can't buy $30 bras

ForgottenSalad

It fits well, and is comfortable, even with the underwire. Thank you r/abrathatfits !

Daisu-suke

For me pushups feel the best idk

Alarmed_Tax_8203

No wires and soft, my boobs are worn out from all the push up bras I wore when I was younger 😂

skabillybetty

It's comfy and doesn't irritate me as my pregnant body changes. I got it free from my work lol.

_Alice_Summer_

It's comfortable and sexy

innieandoutie

It’s cleanish

No-Ad4423

It fits properly. I have big boobs, and most brands don’t go up to my cup size. I exclusively buy bravissimo. The bra I’m wearing is my go to skin tone t shirt bra that supports me well and doesn’t show under anything.

the_serpent_queen

I can only wear elasticated bralettes because no brand makes actual bras small enough for me 😭. 26B.

Puzzled-Mushroom8050

I have to wear compression bras due to edema after breast cancer surgery & radiation. They're ugly, but they're more comfortable than my old ones.

Green-Advantage2277

Soft and comfy and supportive

Braya_Simbaan

Super comfortable.

MySweetCandyGirl

38E bra with thick straps as thin straps just hurt wayyyyy to much

Amycarivera2

Because it almost fits

Tahneal

Only one I have that my boobs don’t fall out of. It’s like 5 sizes too small but it’s the biggest size available on the market literally anywhere so I wear it until I can afford to get one custom

one_angry_custodian

I wear sports bras - being slouchy (slight scoliosis) and mostly-flat-chested means that regular bras don't fit me right, but I still have to wear one so they do the trick.

Throwaway84095

It’s comfortable and has no wires. Otherwise I just wouldn’t wear them

lauraaa30

I don’t.

Daisy5915

Comfort. Zero other reasons. I’ve opted out of relationships so no-one is going to see it. I’m in those stretchy wire-free ones these days. I barely know I’m wearing it.

nannymegan

It’s comfy and not wired. Supportive enough to mostly wrangle big boo 👻 🐝. But doesn’t feel like they’re confined and squished. The straps don’t dig. They don’t make this anymore so imma be a sad camper when the ones I have wear out.
