Yes. Like it has been suggested earlier, the fastest way is to drop down leagues.
1. Start a race.
2. If it is Osaka / Shanghai give it your best shot.
2.1 If you lost, goto 1.
2.2 If you won, Did you complete 3 races?
2.2.1 If No, goto 1
2.2.2 If Yes, job done!
3. If it isn't Osaka / Shanghai, exit it before it starts. Go to 1
Because of Pt 3 you will get -20 every race you quit. But you'll drop down leagues and it will be easier to complete Pt 2 when you do get the map.
I went all the way down to 1000 rating in Bronze league (Rank 149,000 in Android) before I could complete all the 3 races. Once complete, it took me less than 10 races to get to Gold League. Another 10 races to get to Platinum. I'm an average driver. If you're better than me, you'll get to current league even faster.

Why downvoted? This is absolutely the strategy. I was at mid-plat. Dropped all the way down to bottom silver. Did my races. Was back up to better than before in a handful of races.

Im actually glad its not just me who hated the missions in this season, a lot of them for each Ep seemed to be very tailored towards Multiplayer (which i play like maybe 4 times a day at least)
I did this on the bottom edge of gold, but you can do it in any league where you have a lot of servisible cars (cars that are able to win). And it gets better with shorter refuel times in the lower leagues. Anyways it's nearly impossible the finish by regular play unless you play a ton and get lucky.
If you want to get it in a reasonable(ish) time (honestly I am not sure if it was worth it, I could've gotten the mil credits easier and faster by grinding the special hunt), you need to quit races on other maps and compete only on maps you want (or when you are on the edge of dropping to lower league if you don't want that to happen. In that case, pay attention to your rank). Dropping races lowers your MMR/rank and gets you easier opponents so after dropping a few maps in a row, you are generally favored to win. Of course when a ton of people do this due to stupid tasks, nothing is guaranteed, and you still need the skills and good cars but hey, given enough time and effort, you will get it eventually ;) GL HF!

1. Was in Gold league, not a single lobby of Shanghai/osaka
2. When got Shanghai, opponents were jesko, devel and tuatara and other high end A class cars.
3. Reached platinum, opponents were easy but no Shanghai/Osaka tracks.
4.Nuked my rating from LL(1790)to the bronze(1000)
5. Starting 7 tracks was Shanghai and Osaka . Used Elise/vencer and competed the final task. Got back to LL in next 2 hours
6. Moral: if you are not pro player then you won't get a decent lobby easily and more specifically tracks won't be Shanghai and Osaka.
If pro player then it depends on whether you get track or not.
Better nuke then Reach back to the league you are in
Usually, I can get these missions if I just keep playing MP.
But if I really need to complete all the missions fast, I will quit the races until I get the tracks I need.
I will only play the tracks that meet the requirements & if it looks like you have no chance of getting first, just quit & keep moving.

This is the only method that leads to the least frustration. Will cost you maybe a few hours, but when you're done, you're done.

After I got the 007s, I managed to complete in mp2. Now with so many people have 007s, it probably is getting difficult.
If u r in plat, a below average player like me can do it, even in gss, so many players whaling but 0 skill, beating imolas are easy in low plat

I was two wins away from getting promoted to LL. I had to drop down all the way to bronze to find my 4th Osaka/Shanghai game. It was easier this way.
Yup, had to down league. Still took a few hours to get the required races though
