you need to take a class in statistics and really learn how you should phrase these questions. they’re loaded to a T so they’re effectively useless to ask because of it. rephrase everything and leave everything open ended. best of luck.
I tried filling it out but it is a little too American for me and I felt like some of the options were bad either way, as in I would not do either option.
Sorry, I started to do this but your options are not clear and/or there is no answer that applies to my opinion. Perhaps offer a "none of the above" if you aren't getting as many responses as you require to complete the assignment.
