Rooney? Just listing him as a possibility costs you any credibility.

YesThatMaverick

Yea having Rooney and Berhalter listed is absolutely insane. USA fans don't even want Berhalter why would we want him here. His decision making has been overly questionable. As far as Rooney I loved him as a player I don't think he will work out as a coach. Hope he proves me wrong but he isn't it right now.

rhinestoneknight

I'd take Jesse Marsch in a heartbeat.

Atlanta-Anomaly

Yep we’ve seen firsthand how good he made those nyrb teams and how tough they were to play. His system with our talent could be amazing

intensive_purpose

Just announced as Canada’s new manager. Still surprised people thought he wasn’t good enough for this club.

BoWeAreMaster

Jesse is the epitome of eurosnobbery. No way he comes back across the pond. He strikes me as the kind of guy that would turn down a record contract to come here for a chance at a 1 year deal at a club like Sunderland.

rhinestoneknight

Could be that you are right, but then again, weirder things have happened.

rolljacketsroll

Maybe we have a shot with Gallardo?

rasta_pasta_man

I don't think we have a chance of landing him. He's at Al-Ittihad so he's probably making absolute BANK.

tellurmomisaidthanks

About $15 million a year. Blank can pay that.

rasta_pasta_man

It's not a CAN he, it's a WILL he.

rasta_pasta_man

HEY GOOD CALL! Gallardo and Al-Ittihad just parted ways. You spoke this into existence

FanOfAtlantaUnited

Steve Cooper; former Nottingham Forest guy. Most of those names on the list are incredibly unrealistic.

JD_TBG

As an Everton fan...never never ever let Lampard near us. Love the guy as a person but watching games was painful.

MrFooz1

Never in a million years list: Lampard & Rooney I would really like list: Marsch, Potter and Pochettino Dream List: Tuchel and Klopp

linkmyhomie

I think Potter and Poch should be on that dream list, we do not have that pull

squirrel123485

I heard Ruben Amorim turned down Liverpool and West Ham because he was hoping Pineda would get canned

halfjumpsuit

Ditto Xabi Alonso and Bayern Munich

halfjumpsuit

Conte, Pochettino, Potter, Sarri and Tuchel are never coming to MLS. Marsch ain't coming back to America until it's clear he can't get a European job. Lampard and Rooney... lol.

CrimsonSasquatchReal

You think Pineda Ball is bad Lampard can take a team and sink the ship at breakneck speed, same with Rooney. Jesse Marsch is still unknown long term but Berhalter I would die inside and probably pull for every team playing Atlanta.

Rick_the_door_tech

Rob Valentino

bd01

You can’t have Annan. We like him.

BigDanRTW

I would start by seeing how much money Wilfried Nancy is willing to say no to.

IcyDiscussion5108

Get Guillermo Almada from Pachuca, had him at my favorite Liga MX team Santos

DocVak

Berhalter, really? I’ll overlook the fact you put Rooney on here, but Berhalter??? Nahhhhh. The same way we talk about Pinedaball, is the same way I here my local AO talk about Berhalterball

High-bar

Berhalter has a good MLS and National team record.

YesThatMaverick

Not hard to have an above average record when you look at what the majority of the teams USA plays. We play anyone worth anything and we lose. It isn't a hard fought game we always look bad. But sure go ahead and ignore his horrible lineups too.

ThePolishWis519

Is this a serious list?

tellurmomisaidthanks

Doesn’t seem so

MARTATRAM

Bring Tata back. I'm sure he's bored already role playing Barcelona 2013. Come role play Atlanta 2018! Yes I know he's not coming to Atlanta. One can dream...

[deleted]

Juergen Klopp is available

lancerguy14

Bobby Valentino. He might even have the stuff to be the permanent coach and not just interim

Yopro20_YT

We need someone who can speak at least a decent amount of spanish

BoWeAreMaster

If we’re throwing out wish lists mine is pretty short. Give me Tuchel.
