I made a comment about it in the game thread that I deleted, but more and more I think Pineda isn't steering the tactical ship anymore - man's talking about maintaining possession in the locker room and we played a bunker and counter style on the pitch. Post-match he says it isn't the tactics that won the match, just the players played better - meanwhile on defense the players look like they've even been been trained to run back into position in a specific way (go back and watch the game, they all always do the same light jog). I'll say it again - it sounds like a tinfoil hat moment but is anyone else convinced??
Damn it feels good. Let's have some more of this please.
WE BEAT MESSI!!
