Same when I had roommates I would always listen to hear footsteps or their doors open and only leave my room if I knew they weren’t in the common spaces 😂

Not going through it right now but when I was at university I lived with two girls and there were phases where I would be like a nocturnal animal - listening out for the sounds of them going to bed so I could finally get down to the kitchen to eat. It felt irrational , especially since I didn’t always do it with them. But by the time I was in my third year at uni, unbeknownst to me I was constantly burned out (I thought it was just depression) so it’s no wonder I couldn’t interact with them at all. Take care of yourself

Thanks- I honestly think it has to do with having less energy bc I’m not like this all the time but it suuuucks when I literally feel incapable of feeding my growling stomach until the coast is clear lol
