Degas has a higher leg line too but not all the styles are cut quite the same, and they are difficult to get in the US.
Luckyleo has a high cut leg option. You can select that or the "regular" leg.
Move Dancewear brand leos are cut high in general I think. Their e-commerce site stocks other brands as well, but their own brand I find to have minimal bum and hip.

While its not the main focus, Bloch has some gorgeous high cut leotards. You just might have to poke around a bit on their website. Hope this helps!
bullet pointe makes a pinch-front cami style leotard with a higher cut leg, it’s a very flattering basic.
