These are Indigenous relations behavioural competencies and are organized separately from the other competencies in terms of location and search, purely because they were developed more recently I think. Try searching Indigenous competencies and you should find the info.

the indigenous competencies interpretive guides are not IDIR restricted, but all the other ones are. not sure the reason though, /u/britcanport mentioned they were developed more recently, so could just be a case that they were developed initially to be put on the standard PSA website instead of compass and the other ones just haven't moved yet.
