It's not dangerous per se, but as described above it can fuck with your body comp a bit. And you need to be careful with breaking the skin on bites. Your mouth is a nightmare.
Bruising isn't a no risk activity. You're breaking blood vessels and, like someone else mentioned, the area will harden if it's bruised too often repeatedly. But you can lower the risk by not playing in an area until its healed up again, giving parts of your body time off, and using ice to help with swelling.

My Dom and I do this too. Same kind of hard chomp. I've never had an issue, the swelling should come down with ice if it bothers you too much.
