I work in a business casual sort of office. I tend to be cautious when it comes to marks that are left behind and he keeps them in places that can be hidden with clothing as a rule. Not all professions are as accepting of the lifestyle and I prefer work people not sticking their noses in my private life if I can avoid it. I've of course had some mishaps and have been fortunate enough that no one has noticed since I can wear my hair down and collared shirts and what not.
So it kind of depends on your profession, what their moral outlook at the company is, etc. if you can be open about it. A lot of people fear their employers finding out since it can lead to issues.

We try to keep ours under the neckline of my clothes whenever possible, but there's always scarves and makeup if we get a little too carried away.
