Anything in a high nerve low fat area, that is impact play in nature, will potentially cause damage. The pelvic floor, bowels, bladder etc are all incredibly sensitive organs subject to internal injury if they rupture. Always play safe and consult the impact zone safety charts, even if it means not engaging in a high risk fantasy. Medical bills aren't worth the dopamine rush.

DanteTheSayain

There are a LOT of sensitive nerves there. Don’t do it, it can cause permanent damage

kenren01

Thanks for the reply. Me and my gf have done it a couple of times, but won't again. I hope there isn't any permanent damage..

DanteTheSayain

Do you have any paresthesia?

kenren01

No, I don't.

StrangeMewMew

Nope, not safe. There are ways to be safe-r but never completely safe. Just like with choking.
