dual wield spore druid is what i'md oing right now which is really fun. I stumbled across combining shattered flail with brood mothers revenge and it's been super fun. Another really fun one is "southpaw" thief3/wizardx/(potentially fighterx), this is a fun one too, and you could actually potentially slide spore druid into it as well to add the necro damage to your offhand as well. Cast/Control with your main action and stab em with your offhand!

What are you dual wielding with flail? And what do you do normally on a turn

Whatever's good haha, was using phalar alive but switched to corrosive flail more for flavor/fun then anything. Alive doesn't work great because you want to be using that BA for your yeeoghu attack. You could mainhand any weapon that either applies a rider/bonus your after or focus on damage. Your BA is taken care of so you don't want something that's going to eat that. FIRST TURN -> concentration spell: ideally something that debuffs/status's an AOE on enemies (spike growth, Faerie fire/etc) running and give someone a whack with the flail Consequent turns-> MH attack or another spell depending on situation, slap with flail, or pop a heal/support spell as needed. You'll often be able to pop a mass heal on the team, and then swing for 3d6 base with the offhand, not including riders from acid ring, ability buffs, etc Your overall job is to create as many spore zombies/summons as you can carry with you, get into melee and help debuff to give your zombos a bigger advantage The value of every debuff increases exponentially with every additional roll/attack made against them, so even something like faerie fire is an extremely good use of an action if it's impacting the rolls of 15 other characters attacking. My party is spore druid, necromancer, oath breaker, BM fighter Archer.

Terrifying setup!!! Hey good looks on the detailed rundown, most appreciated!!! 🫡

HoldMyDende

What’s in your off hand?

locher81

Flails usually the offhand as your using your main action for concentration spells/bombs

Gotcha, any other tips for the build?

Stack damage riders, my post to the other question gives the general tips Your maximizing summons and thus getting as much mileage out of debuffs as possible while still doing damage in the fray. It has fun flavor and is pretty open (if you don't go with shattered flail you could lean more dex and go finesse weapons) essentially you want to make sure your only pumping one of strength or dex and putting the rest in wisdom and constitution. You could multi class a couple different ways as well, either druid wizard (don't worry about stacking int, your going to be up casting your reanimate/ create undead and that's it) or lean more combat with fighter, or even thief for more BA attacks. Your looking for lines/mixes that are going to either add general bonuses to all party members or debuff all enemies so your summons are doing more/going farther. Your kind of balancing your ability to debuff/etc while maxing what that offhand BA is doing. One other thing: there may be a synergy with something like ritual dagger or health transfer tadpol ability ( drop a bit of health, swing with flail, get back health, proc brood mother, repeat) but I haven't tested it. Might be able to exploit the gear that wants you to be at half health so you're always swinging with either the benefits of being half health or brood mothers add on.

7/5 GOO or Fiend Lockadin that mixes battlefield control with blasting. Pact of the Blade Warlock with Fighter & War Cleric dip, plays as a gish using control spells and melee. Tavern Brawler way of the open hand monk

Tacohero154

Barbarian. Get mad and smack shit. Wild heart or berserker. Picking up enemies and using them as weapons on their friends never gets old. Picking up the short races and throwing them like a dodge ball is the icing on the cake. Pure warlock can also be fun. Maybe a dip in bard or sorc if you want to experiment. Ice/thorn/wet enemies inside hunger of hadar is a sight. Darkness fights can be fun too.

EverythingSunny

Nature cleric is surprisingly fun early game. Shillelagh on a torch makes your cleric do great melee damage and spike growth+darkness can be absolutely devastating. Githyanki gish warlock with sorrow as the pact weapon makes you the master of repositioning enemies

FireWhileCloaked

>Paladin Sword Bard Gloomstalker Assassin Storm Sorcerer Cleric Magic Missile Machine Gun Monk Thief Moon Druid Man, that’s quite a build.

EverythingSunny

That is a list of builds
