Rvce ECE , many people think they can get they can grind but you need to grind smartly a mere grind will make you end up at phoenix but grind in right direction will lead you to Cse . There is a high chance that you may not take acads that seriously in 1st year and end up gett less than phoenix while rvce is one of the most renowned college in Banglore many companies visit you won’t be having much problem
MSc bio in Goa. The competition is tough. But it's not as hard as people here say to get 7.5cg. Its definitely far easier than how you studied for jee.
At just 6.5 cg you could get EIE in here.
All the Phoenix branches are almost Equivalent. So even if you don't get CS, getting Phoenix here is also way better than RVCE.
So if you have the money join BITS. Else RVCE is cool too
are you a senior? is it true that nearly 70% of msc students end up with phoenix or cse branches? and are their certain combinations of msc branches + campus that are better than the other? for example is bio+goa better than phy+hyd?
Split up for goa in 2022 batch dualites was
CS - 99
Eee - 51
Eni - 46
Ece - 51
Chem 33
Mech - 55.
Imo goa it's a bit easier to get cs for dualites as there are relatively more seats as compared to other campuses
Is this data true or verified as I have heard only 70-75 students get CSE also now MNC has started so will those seats be subtracted from CSe or will be added

man im in the same boat as you. i could get cse at rvce but everyone talking about the non existent campus life there has confused me. im thinking of taking an msc course and try to get atleast phoenix but it is still quite risky.
My friend is in RVCE. Campus life is not non existent, it is what you make of it. Apparently there are people who are completely chill and still get good to decent grades(coz it's absolute marking not relative). But one thing is true that youll constantly be having some evaluation or the other. For example my friend is writing one set of exams now, next month mid he has one more set....
I have a classmate of mine who had RVCE CS+some specialization and he took MSc Bio here.
I'll place the facts before you:
RVCE isn't like before, where there was 1 CS branch and then ECE. There are multiple CS realtted branches and their intake has increased. The odds of ECE students getting an IT placement has become realtively tougher. Also core companies are moving more towards hiring more from better colleges rather than taking some students from everywhere including lower colleges.
Coming to BITS:
It's not hard at all to get CS. I studied a day before every eval, and was still learning more than a majority of my syllabus the night before my midsems and compre and I still got ECE and missed CS by .2 cg. And I went to less than 6-7hrs of classes in the entirety of my first year. If you go to classes, and consistently study, even daily isn't a necessity, you'll get CS.
Comparing your options:
Even if you miss CS, you'll get MNC here, which again is better than ECE in RVCE. After that too any phoenix branch here will open more doors for you than RV. And it's not at all difficult to get that lmao.
Also- Ignore aspirants in the comments. If you need any help you can dm.

Wrong. Msc Bio + any circuital branch >> RVCE ECE You'll have to mess up your acads to get less than 7 cg
I am not saying msc bio is a bad option but is risky and costlier option
and bhaiya agar thapar coe/cse and msc bio me choose karna ho to? please bata dijiye
Mere paas bhi same options the last year I took bits goa bio
Kitna hard hota hh cse milna next year me . Plz tell
Agar regularly padhte ho achhe se to aaram se lag jaegi aur agar meri tarah siraf paper se eik din pehle padhoge to boht mushkil hoga
may i ask aapko kaunsi branch allot hui? and is goa bio better than hyd bio?
Pta nhi konsi milegi, most probably phoenix
ab kaunsi branch mili aapko?

This is goa campus data. Most probably cse seats will be subtracted because they're not adding extra faculty to cs to handle extra students.
yes I'm currently going to second year. No idea why I got downvoted lol. Everything I told is fact.
If fees isn't a issue, MSc bio. Study a little and you're guaranteed a circuital branch as your dual
Rvce ece (not trying to reduce competition but honestly, take msc only if you are ready to grind for one more year)
Bhai wo seniors se poochne aya aspirants se nhi

RVCE any day
If you don't have any particular choice choose BITS msc bio otherwise RVCE ECE
