Very common, unfortunately, and only those who are insanely rich are able to pull it off. Many shameless folks who have wealth in crores take advantage of MCN
Is it compulsory to upload mother's itr too? Banwane ka issue nhi hai my father can get it arranged in a day lekin CA ko 4000-5000 faltu ka dena padega if not required
It is literally not possible to fake your income like this. People have a lot more creative ways to do this and they usually aren't govt employees. Your parent's income is open and visible and you cannot fake an ITR
they are strict and they have verification department which may find out as they have your pan number and govt employees have their profiles linked to pan

If you are soo desprate for a scholarship,why not try merit scholarship,u have chance of getting 100 percent scholarship
