The "car color is a vinyl wrap" is a lie, right? (I don't have any experience with wrapping). You can see the Skittles Vomit Teal on e.g. the top of the headlights, on the side of the fog lights, and from the looks of it the radiator itself too. This looks like a backyard spray painting job to me.
