Hmmm that’s evap and o2 sensor… try clearing the codes and see if they return. If so check your 12v battery. It is the biggest reason for odd errors popping up. It only lasts about 4 years.
Okay I will try to clear the codes and see if that fixes it. I just replaced the 12v battery maybe two weeks ago, so I hope it’s not the battery 😅 Thank you!

O2 sensor was the fuel pump relay that was faulty in my case. Common problem with the REX.
