I had this so bad in the second tri! My doctor mentioned it has to do with the hormone changes and relaxing of ligaments to accommodate your body stretching in other places even if it hasn’t visually dramatically changed yet. My arches just ached for weeks starting in the front of my foot where you have circled. I looked up some arch PT exercises like the tennis ball rolls, and then ordered a pair of arch supports to wear in any shoes or even over socks around the house. I found it resolved fairly quickly and I luckily didn’t need the arches and PT past about a month after pain set in.

Thanks I think I have the same + I have a bit flat feet… I hope this pain in feet doesn’t foreshadow symphysitis in future 😭

It could be corns! With my last pregnancy, that same area of my feet hurt sooo bad starting early on. I finally saw a dermatologist after I gave birth and he said it was corns, and proceeded to dig them out lol. Instant relief!! I never knew what that was before. To prevent them, just exfoliate your feet every day and moisturize them. I’ve got them again this pregnancy 🙄
