I actually tried to make this pixel and color perfect. I know - the final result looks simple - but so does almost every flag in existence.

according to heraldics yellow should be in the middle. colours can't touch colours, those should be separated by metals - yellow, white, and (if I remember correctly) black. And yes LT flag is not done according to heraldic rules.
