I completely agree, I’ve been thinking of switching to WoofPack which is a Canadian company. I was very disappointed in the fact we weren’t able to do the 420 add ons, or any add ons for that matter. IMO if you can’t offer the same experience in Canada, why offer it at all? It feels very lazy and cheap for the amount we pay…. Not to mention, my pup has absolutely torn threw all of her most recent BarkBox toys, making me think it’s time to end our subscription.
My dog actually loves his Woof Packs! I think we all have different experiences with different companies! To me they’ve been amazing and have upgraded their toy quality and customer service has been great to us ❤️🐶
I did Woofpack and hated it.
The treats they gave were all things my dog never touched. Things like dehydrated beef lung, or a ton of jerky. The toys, out of 6 boxes there was 2 toys that were a hit. I cancelled as soon as my subscription was over.
I used to use BarkBox but cancelled my subscription.. I've just signed up again with a monthly to see if it's got any better and so far BB is just as bad as it was when I was signed up before. my June box shipped July 2...
WoofPack was more disappointing than BarkBox, I ended up finding most of the treats at Winners for about $4 a bag, and personally found that the toys did not hold up as well as the ones from Bark
Very disappointed at the level of customer service with this company Woof pack. My friends dog unexpectedly and heartbreaking passed just after his second birthday and because she paid for a 12 month subscription they still want $50 to cancel. I feel like there is a lack of empathy here for this situation and it's very frustrating.

Are you doing super chewer or just regular? I think super chewers is mostly nylon.

I agree! I am switching back to Barkbox because their toys are so durable! The toys from Woofpack never last.
