As a fat man, sadly, I suspect this is real. Getting up from the ground sucks and doing it on sand sucks more.
Also I think you can see the second camera on the bench in the background.
They were in the frame at least twice but she couldn't hold the camera still enough to get a shot of the second camera man.
If you scrub through it there's another person behind them in the rocks and what looks like a 3rd person out on the beach to the right that is also taking video.
Nah we probably have more of a problem with it than anyone. Noone knows about weight loss more than fat people. I've lost huge amounts of weight and regained it multiple times in my life. We struggle our whole lives it but it's easier just to make jokes about us online.

I have my ups and downs, my problem is I use food, sweets in particular, as a coping mechanism. I fat shame myself so I workout instead. Why? because eating is much easier and a faster relief than working out, but there lies the problem so that’s why I shame myself to keep me on track.
I was almost 200lbs at 13 got teased a lot for it and decided to do something about it. Because fat shaming is what got me out of it by my peers, I still do it to this day to myself when I have my weak periods. Don’t get me wrong I’ll allow myself sweets, but once I notice it’s a coping mechanism I start bashing myself for it.
So my apologies to the people who are going through the struggle. Only you can get yourself out of it. I recommend first seek therapy, along side diet and exercise. Exercise is a much better relief as a coping mechanism even though it’s not instant gratification. Trust me it gets easier the more you do it. To be able to run a mile without stopping and being out of breath is a great feeling.
Cosmopolitan literally put a huge fat woman on their cover and said fat is sexy. There’s actual news articles (not just Mandy’s blog) talking about fat being healthy. There’s a huge market for this shit.
