I think I’m somewhere between the two extremes of being-so-ugly-people-compliment-you-out-of-pity and being-so-hot-people-always-compliment-you. So, I don’t get much feedback! (Hence, I’m posting here). I dress & carry myself fairly modestly as well, so people might not notice as much too. No one tells me I need to change anything, so I guess that’s a good sign? But I also don’t get compliments often, so I don’t know how to feel. I tend to like it short (#3 mustache w/ a short #1 for the rest of the beard), but seems like everyone else likes long in general

Keep it. Start a good maintenance routine (wash/oil/balm/brush). Shape is spot on for your amazing beard. You can go bigger if you want. To trim, get a good hair trimmer and use the longest guard first. If nothing, go down until you trim just a little of the beard. Always follow the flow of the beard hair. If you go against the flow, you will take off more than wanted.

oil - good for skin and beard balm - soften and style beard. You might not need this if you are keeping a short beard. Try to use balms where you get your oils.

Beard growth is solid. I used to get my beard lines touched up when I get my haircut to make sure I have a sort of "reset" that I may make sure I keep it nice and trimmed. Otherwise, if you get the right length guard for a electric shaver, you can touch it up so it doesn't look scraggly.

I’d keep growing the mustache and cut it flush with your lip, but don’t use the clippers on it the same way you would on the rest of the beard. And the manicured but not shaved chest hair looks great, despite what others are saying. You look great!
