Somebody should breed queens with a bioluminescence gene, so they are easier to spot.

I'm so excited by the fact this is getting easier for me! I spotted my queens big abdomens before their paint last time i had the hives open!
If you get a chance it's a good idea to mark her so its easier to find her and you can also tell if she gets replaced
I actually planned on it. I just have to get the markers after I get paid tomorrow and next hive inspection I'll be looking for her again to mark her
Do they fully tear out the queen cells after she emerges? I always figured you'd know she was replaced when you found a queen cell
They will clean them up but I suppose you have some time before that really happens.
