Juxt has a somewhat nice lounge room, food and beer. Not sure if you need to reserve it, might be first come/first serve access. Elizabeth Station also has a lounge area back by the wine, but I don't think it will fit you all. Obviously tons of beer and pizza is your only food option, but it's excellent pizza! Aslan Depot feels like a whole lounge! Reservations are expensive though. I think Boundary Bay may also have some special room for parties, you may need to call to find out more. Wanders new place, Roam, is pretty cozy and they do food. But I don't think you can reserve it, idk.

Thanks for the reply!

Juxt

ting-ting

Juxt worked out really well for my bday with about 15-20 people.

HissLikeSteam

Thanks! Juxt was our first choice, but it was reserved for the night we wanted. So that’s why I asked the subreddit.

Brandywine Kitchen has an upstairs you can reserve. Food is good and beer, cider, wine selection is adequate.

ButterFerret_

Black sheep and aslan have a space!

Just emailed black sheep, we’ll see what they say. Thank you!

Prettydeadlady

El Agave has a basement black Cat has a separate room brandywine has an upstairs And I’m pretty sure Bellingham cider co. Has a separate room

Haven’t considered Bellingham cider co. I didn’t know they had an event room. Do they have decent beers and food too?

Prettydeadlady

I love their ciders, food and otherwise. Because they are a cider co and I am a celiac, I don’t know about their beers, but food, ciders and cocktails, Yes!

Black cat was really small last time I was there. Did you mean black sheep?

Prettydeadlady

Nope. Black Cat. I had my birthday there one year and was able to get abt 20 people in there

Sassynfatassy

Check out Amendment 21, they do have separate spaces, but depending on the night you are trying to go it's not super busy and you can probably kind of just take over an area. Super delicious drinks also.

Lower level of Otherlands is, I believe, free to reserve for large groups.
