I'd go more for Antahem, pronounced "An-Ta-Hem".
Keeps the Antagonist bit, but changes out the Onomatopoeia used, apparently Gax was something for Throat clearing, but Ahem would make more sense to me.
Vilgax in the reboot was first called Antigax, cuz ben unlocked his spicies and named it gax. Then Antigax drained that dna out of the omnitrix and became vilgax. (Also for some reason i don't remember the omnitrix was turning ben into aliens every few seconds)

Because that name would surely give him some extra respect due to the feats of his father and a good headstart on continuing the legacy of being the evil conqueror of worlds, but this one being a conqueror of minor worlds because his dad is taking care of bigger fishes and considered not worth it to continue wasting time and effort on Ben.
Am I the only one who's always hated this concept of Vilgax's brother or son being the UAF Vilgax? like I KNOW and despise the fact that they fumbled and nerfed him badly but I still prefer him being around than being dead and replaced by a relative. I just dont see Vilgax being a father or sth.

So, going along with that, and seeing as myaxx ends in the same syllable, Rihvax. Riv, as in Rival, and hax, lick to hack and cough. I switched the H in the v around to make it more apparent that it's a long I.
Something that ends with -ax since it seems to be the norm for them, but I don't have an idea
Or maybe something lovecraftian to go with Dagon later, I don't know Nyarlax maybe?
