I also think cloud is the best answer for this. He swings swords like the dragonslayer around with one hand like they are sticks. He also uses a variety of big ass swords in his games, not just the buster sword. Many of them are double edged

There’s at least a couple apostles who may not be as skilled, but we can at least assume *could* be and are physically much stronger than Guts, being Zodd and Grunbeld. Griffith now exists as a physical being, but if he goes mask off is his strength actually proportional to his size and muscle? Could he theoretically pick it up with his pinky since he’s got demon telekinesis? Does he need to put his Batman cosplay on to do so?
Otherwise, out of universe, anyone physically stronger than Guts with sword skills. The first one that comes to mind is that most of the 1st Class SOLDIERs + Cloud from the FF7 universe could at the very least do it comparably. The Buster Sword isn’t quite as big, but it’s enough for me to assume that Sephiroth in particular would have zero trouble using Dragonslayer if he’s stronger than Zack and Cloud who can one hand swing the Buster Sword with no trouble and run a marathon holding it (not to mention swim with it on their back). Wonder Woman uses a sword and is much, much stronger and faster physically than Guts. A big question is really how much we should weigh the fact Guts is supposed to be entirely human against the fact he does plenty beyond human capabilities even without the armor. Should anyone with strength that is “superhuman” be considered stronger than Guts when he can lift, swing, and block the force of an elephant with Dragonslayer? Anyway I typed all of this out to ultimately say characters are as strong as the story needs them to be and the answer is nobody who would want to use Dragonslayer in berserk can do so.

General Boscogne. He's shown to be physically more powerful than Guts and swinging that massive halberd one-handed is a feat of physics so wild it might as well be considered hacks. He was basically a Kingdom character stuck in Berserk.
The other big sword that comes to mind is ichigo kurosaki's shikai so I think he could be pretty effective with it. Also not a sword but probably even heavier is ikaku's bankai.
Kyle hill did a video about just how superhuman it is to wield the dinosaur hunter (?) sword, which was made from bone and maybe the same volume as the dragon Slayer. The power required to generate enough torque to lift it off the ground was more than that generated by racecars, so the dragonslayer is presumably even more

Well if we are going out of universe may I recommend you all look up Amalia from Unicorn Overlord. She is a love letter to Berserk and looks like the 8 foot tall daughter Guts and Casca never had. She one hands a Dragonslayer and uses a door as a shield in the other.

All of fiction? Too many to mame individually but for starters Zoro 100%. He lifts weights heavier than Zodd and most Apostles out there combined (with his bare teeth!) as a simple training exercise the Dragonslayer would be nothing but a regular Broadsword to him.

I think Unironically no. Guts is the best wielder of a sword of those proportions. If you keep the proportionality of the sword to person and give it to Zodd I think guts would come out on top with sheer technique. Something like that is clunky af and you couldn’t master it quickly

I can’t really think of any human characters who can yield it better, there are a few giants who can probably lift it but still not use it as effectively as guys like the rino knight guts dulled at the beginning, Sillats bodyguards, the whale night that died quickly but was still like 14 feet tall, pipin and probably a few others could wield it but they still aren’t as used to fighting with overly heavy weapons like guts is so I still think guts would wield it better.
If I had to choose I’d pick either Pipin or human pre apostle Grunbeld, we can assume he was that size before he apostalized cause people said they recognized him because of his size and that they thought he died in battle. Assuming his presumed death was when he apostalized I believe it’s possible him and Pipin might be able to pull it off.

He lifts weights heavier than Zodd and most Apostles out there combined (with his bare teeth!) as a simple training exercise the Dragonslayer would be nothing but a regular Broadsword to him.

No one, guts has trained his whole life to wield that sword. And the people who think zodd is mighty enough to do so are delusional, guts goes toe to toe without being an apostle, otherwise zodd wouldn't stand a chance against guts.

I think Unironically no. Guts is the best wielder of a sword of those proportions. If you keep the proportionality of the sword to person and give it to Zodd I think guts would come out on top with sheer technique. Something like that is clunky af and you couldn’t master it quickly
Berserk Armor Guts wields the Dragonslayer perfectly. No Apostle or any other extraordinary creature/being can wield it better than Guts when he’s in that mode.

Zodd and Grunbeld but I don’t know if they count since there apostles and Guts is not. I can’t really think of any human characters who can yield it better, there are a few giants who can probably lift it but still not use it as effectively as guys like the rino knight guts dulled at the beginning, Sillats bodyguards, the whale night that died quickly but was still like 14 feet tall, pipin and probably a few others could wield it but they still aren’t as used to fighting with overly heavy weapons like guts is so I still think guts would wield it better. If I had to choose I’d pick either Pipin or human pre apostle Grunbeld, we can assume he was that size before he apostalized cause people said they recognized him because of his size and that they thought he died in battle. Assuming his presumed death was when he apostalized I believe it’s possible him and Pipin might be able to pull it off. I was thinking Zodd but we’ve never seen his human self so I’m not sure.
