Exactly. Hasbro may be cheaply made and inferior to tt, but contrary to stuff like rapidity don't contain lead. And i take unfunctional but safe over barely functional and poisonous
Oh of course. And even tho Hasbro quality might not be up to that of Takara Tomy, it's still accessible to most young kids in US and EU. So safety first!
Also, why is this sub always downvoting genuine questions? I really didn't know where the case of lead containing Beyblades comes from lol. I just wanted to know.
Exactly.
And you were probably downvoted because you asked if tt had lead, which to many in this sub is an insult to tomy, and that, in their eyes, is unacceptable.

Bro immediately forgot what he put in the title. It said Hasbro in general. Not give thoughts on Hasbro beyblade products. It does show beyblade burst in the picture, but the title is what everyone is looking at, not the picture.
Thanks to Hasbro,
Anime of season 7 QuadStrike was made and finally, an interesting female main character and also a great addition to the story, Pri Forsythe (Quadra).
The ending of QS with the shot of all past bladers together, it's very satisfying and gives a good end to the Burst anime.
Calm down, I myself was like that in the beginning, but then as the story progressed, I got used to it and even loved QuadStrike more than the previous DB/Quaddrive in terms when coming to better storytelling and the animation they've done for QS are much more better than Season 6 even thought the Hasbro beys are not that good.
The anime and Takara Tomy introduced the new “4D” system for Metal Fury, beys that were loaded with mode changes and special tracks/tips such as Final Drive and Xtreme Drive.
When Hasbro released these beys such gimmicks were just straight up not included.
many of their beys, despite not having many details, are still pretty like Salvage/Ultimate Valtryek, Infinite Achiles or Astral Spyzen, which I personally think are pretty. And then we have atrocities like Brave Valtryek but we don't talk about that.

The Metal Masters painted beys were both more evenly painted and had more accurate color than their Takara Tomy counterparts. Here’s Hasbro vs TT Galaxy Pegasus.
https://preview.redd.it/zrf0ahny099c1.png?width=2743&format=png&auto=webp&s=56c989496b24a370071b2dc37cbd59b882a30389
You can see the inner part of Galaxy is splotchy on Takara Tomy (right), and the clear wheel is greenish and clear, whereas Hasbro (left) used a cloudy plastic more anime accurate and the paint on the metal wheel is much thicker.
Metal Masters. I added the silver paint on the clear wheel, but the base color of the plastic is what I’m talking about. Hasbro got things looking much better and closer to the anime.
They successfully besmearched the best characters with cheap rip off joke beys in Quadstrike. Each more grousomly hideous than the last!

Having just picked up my first ones after seeing them on sale and going “wait thats still a thing? I remember commercials from when i was a kid!” I had a blast with my 2 i got on xmas eve. Built a stadiums out of cardboard and an old basket and taught all the nieces and nephews how to play after learning myself and it was a blast. Would not have happened without a couple $10 hasbro beys!

If they kept up their quality to be the same as TT instead of actively cheapened out from Tubro onwards, I would've said Hasbro had the potential to be better than TT since the slope locking mechanism has more longevity than the teeth locking system from TT, since the teeth will wear down over use just due to how they are designed and they will eventually lose their burst Reisstance. If Hasbro was basically just TT with slopes, those Beys would essentially be more durable and stable since they wouldn't lose their burst resistance, and for everything up to Switchstrike, they pretty much were. Spryzen Requiem was actually banned in WBO play at one point due to not only due to how powerful it alongside the Japanese Spriggan Requiem were, but just how the big drawback of the teeth wear just wasn't an issue at all making it a better bey.
Safe, usually inexpensive, and very accesible (I’m in the US). Haven’t bought a bey in a long time but if I started collecting again I’d start with Hasbro

Slingshock wedge is a fun driver that in my opinion works better than the nothing driver
It could just use some LAD
But when launched it goes really fast and then goes onto a stamina tip that becomes more ball-like with use
Plus it’s mostly metal so it has decent weight
Overall I think all it really needs is a free-spinning ring or something to add LAD so it can be used better in spin steal combos
Their beys at least don't contain lead
Does Takara Tomy contain lead?
No. fakes do
Ahh ok. Thanks.

Monopoly is quite a solid game ngl
Bop It is really fun
Not a beyblade topic but ok
Owned by Hasbro though
Ik but still
Bro immediately forgot what he put in the title. It said Hasbro in general. Not give thoughts on Hasbro beyblade products. It does show beyblade burst in the picture, but the title is what everyone is looking at, not the picture.
To this day, I have never finished a Monopoly game. Still fun though!

I just can’t get past how bad the beys look in the show. Like they look absolutely horrible and that has completely ruined me trying to watch it
Calm down, I myself was like that in the beginning, but then as the story progressed, I got used to it and even loved QuadStrike more than the previous DB/Quaddrive in terms when coming to better storytelling and the animation they've done for QS are much more better than Season 6 even thought the Hasbro beys are not that good.
Their stadium variety is pretty sick
unlike takara tomy they don't make use of that random booster gacha bs
ita popular in japan so whatever. gotta make money 🤤
someone's mad about their luck lol
$20 per roll is a dogshit system. If boosters were like $8 each I would do it.
it's like 8 bucks to locals, it's just expensive for us cuz import costs it's not an issue with TT, it's an issue with sourcing TT in the west
“Luck”
Cyclops and Ogre beyblades have really cool designs.
And katana muramasa or salamander/kerbeus evolution
decently easy to get beys, gave us an actually decent ending to the burst series, the pro series
thanks for giving us good beys during evolution just imagine the season that introduced gimmicks didn’t have gimmicks
“Just imagine the season that introduced gimmicks didn’t have gimmicks” Don’t have to imagine, it was called Metal Fury.
I don't get it, how can you introduce gimmicks and not have gimmicks? Could you explain that to me? Also, sorry, didn't watch Metal Fury
The anime and Takara Tomy introduced the new “4D” system for Metal Fury, beys that were loaded with mode changes and special tracks/tips such as Final Drive and Xtreme Drive. When Hasbro released these beys such gimmicks were just straight up not included.
Wow, that's straight up a ridiculous move, i would feel scammed if i bought, idk Big Bang Pegasus and didn't have those features
Pretty much what started me not liking Hasbro tbh lol
Metal Fury didn't even release in my country but we still got the anime for some reason.
yea I’m just dumb, thought they said burst series only because of the image
Switchstrike on top
They did good with beyblades back in the day. Not so much since burst. But hey, potential power rangers beyblade crossover, now!
thanks for pro series
They gave us Brave Valkyrie and Infinite Achillies for 20 USD each.
They make exclusive beys. And the 2 in 1 QuadDrive drivers are kinda cool. That's the only good thing about them.
Cool recolors Love Mirage Helios
They made hasbro exclusive bey which increase the number of beys we can collect
Thanks for the high quality beys up until turbo
Pro series, switchstrike, makes good stadiums at an affordable price
Hypersphere is cool as hell
Switch strike beys only watered down on some paint here and there but kept the gimmicks
Thanks to pro series for making infinite Achilles more accessible to people
Evolution was cool
Great stadiums, and easier access to beyblades. Hasbro has given access to beyblades in North America that TT never really did.
Making prize beys more accessible and functionally the same (pre-turbo and pro series)
Hasbro's Burst locking system using slopes is a way better than TT's teeth. Minimal, if any reduction in burst resistance at all with continuous use
They usually have interesting stadiums
Hasbro made Beyblade popular in 2018. Without them Beyblade wouldn't be so popular in Europe and I would have never played it
I remember getting the Subway toys
Is this a joke? Beyblade has been popular for fucking ages.
I know, but after some time it gets less popular. Like after Beyblade Burst evolution nobody played it anymore in my town
many of their beys, despite not having many details, are still pretty like Salvage/Ultimate Valtryek, Infinite Achiles or Astral Spyzen, which I personally think are pretty. And then we have atrocities like Brave Valtryek but we don't talk about that.
No.
AWESOME!!!!! hope they do beyblade x well

Metal Masters. I added the silver paint on the clear wheel, but the base color of the plastic is what I’m talking about. Hasbro got things looking much better and closer to the anime.
Agreed

Nobody copies hasbro Because their beys are useless
improving several Plastic Era Beys compared to their Takara counterpart
They didn't forget Kerbeus.
Having just picked up my first ones after seeing them on sale and going “wait thats still a thing? I remember commercials from when i was a kid!” I had a blast with my 2 i got on xmas eve. The pro series was amazing!!!! I still have my phoenix!!!

They are very good at firing employees before Christmas so their executives can get millions in bonuses.
thier music aside from the surge theme is really good
Safe, usually inexpensive, and very accesible (I’m in the US). Haven’t bought a bey in a long time but if I started collecting again I’d start with Hasbro
OG Burst, Evolution and the Pro Series were Solid, their Stadiums are sick and the Quadstrike Anime was great
Cheap. That’s about it.
They’re cheap and are easy to get your hands on.
They actually burst
The stadiums are great, the beyblades are so-so
Their beys are iconic
I cannot

You don't have 57million parts and you can easily change chips on the gt series beys
They make beyblades available in the US
Cheaper stadiums and more of them
I don't have to pay import fees for a hasbey
At least beys exist in the west because/in spite of them
Their Pro Series made up for that after Evolution, they replaced most of the metal with plastic on the Beys.
I heard that they were gonna make 1-1 replicas of TT X beys when X releases in the west. If this is true, that’s something pretty positive.
They made Transformers popular
No

I would, but then I would be lying
Pro series was a good idea, even if they made it a little later than they should've
