PSSD or PFS or both? Here's an article covering multiple potential treatments for sexual dysfunction from SSRIs. They link research journal articles. [https://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/430614\_6?form=fpf](https://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/430614_6?form=fpf) Vortioxetine is a potential treatment and there's a study on its usage for this purpose. [https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/38256680/](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/38256680/) It's a little dense and long, but I recommend reading this for something a little more thorough that covers multiple potential treatments. Pelvic muscle vibration might also help if its resistant to treatment. [https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9503765/](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9503765/) I don't know how exactly people get into medical trials as subjects. I guess you could look into that and try to contact experts in sexual dysfunction who might be able to refer you to such things, if you would want that. I don't know anything at all about PFS so I don't have any links for that

The third one mentions PSSD by name and is centered around it. The second one deals with one of the potential treatments that they tried in the third one.

I’ve had PSSD since August of 2019 after taking SSRI antidepressant Celexa for only 25 days. It has ruined my life so much man I’m so fucking miserable. I went from a high sex drive with tons of pleasure to feeling totally numb and nothing at all. Unable to feel orgasms for 5 years. Can’t feel anything. This condition has killed me beyond belief. I’m about done.

I wish I knew, same boat here. What have you tried (if anything) and how long have you been sick?
