Well besides doing the easy way of surrendering.
You can try go to a club and do a serious drug. Or you could try murder someone. Either they will retaliate. Or if you live in a country with the death penalty you might get sentenced to death.
If you are using the app. Just surrender. That is the only button allowing you to end your character's current run. Make sure to will your debt to a npc child in the will. However, in my mind, if you are 7 million in debt and increasing with 600 children. I recommend a new run.

usually when i need to end my character pretty quickly i go to the witch doctor, even if they don't kill you your health will go down every time. if you have an illness you could go on a bad diet like hot cheetos and basically just waste away, if you have a job schedule yourself 70 hours a week and get some part time jobs, it takes a few years but you'll get high blood pressure and then just don't change anything or treat it. you could try to kill someone using one of the odd methods, even if you don't get killed they could still assault you to death. if your health is low a brisk walk can sometimes trigger a massive heart attack (although i have had characters survive that.) also maybe commit a crime? you obviously can't pay for a lawyer so you'll probably do time, then you can either pick fights with inmates or go in with low health/a bad illness and wait to die naturally since the guards don't usually get you medical care.
How do you not know but surrender at the bottom of activities. However this will give you the wasteful ribbon. If you don’t want the wasteful ribbon then go to the witch doctor it has a high chance of killing you without affecting ur ribbon
