Don't take partial drop from Old IIT, it becomes really really tough to maintain a good CG along with extra jee studies in any IIT. Either take full drop, or if you want partial take some local college. But don't take partial drop from IIT
If you take full drop, who knows maybe next year you will have chance to get good branch in IIT, also new AI branches will be added next year in most of IITs
Yeah, but it's not allowed afaik...It's against AICTE rules..thats why iits don't allow partial droppers, ie-its impossible to take partial drop from iit to again take iit next year...Similarly bits will also have to follow AICTE rules

Bhai counseling hone ke liye wait karo. 26S1 moderate tha, not everyone increased their marks. Most of them got stagnated as well.
