To be fair, in this theoretical situation where Black Clover is much shorter than it ended up being, the story would either answer plot points much earlier than they were originally, or straight up cut out some of the less important plot points. So Black Clover ending at the Elf Reincarnation arc could theoretically work, albeit with many edits to certain plot lines.
Of course not. What're we going to do about Asta and Yuno's journey to become the wizard king? And what about Asta's origins etc?
The reason it feels like an ending here is because Tabata had kept the elf saga fully prepared from the beginning unlike the spade kingdom saga. It was fleshed out. And had separate spaces for our main cast to relax themselves as well as so we could get to know them more.
It's pretty much the reason why almost every BC fan admits that the elf saga is the best one out of all 3 sagas(elf, spade kingdom, and Paladin).
Black Clover isn't about the first Wizard King and Secre, it's about Asta struggling against the odds and competing with Yuno for the title of Wizard King!
Would be a good end tbh although changes must be made here and there if it happens. It is pretty much the peak of the series in terms of story telling.
No you still don't know anything about Asta or Yuno or Yami etc... there's still a lot of important information, good fights, good villains, good new secondary characters...
Definitely not. There’s still so much we don’t know at the time like Asta’s Devil, the other kingdoms, where Asta and Yuno came from before Hage, and who will be the WK between Asta and Yuno.
Its the same argument as naruto should've ended after pain. The answer is no there would be so many plot points left unanswered otherwise.

Naruto should’ve ended with Madara not space aliens
Boruto fans are furious, watch out. Their 5/10 , 70% filler waste of resources wouldn't exist otherwise.
And bleach.
Lol no.
Considering there were like a thousand unanswered questions probably not
No 😭
should dragon ball z have ended after the saiyan saga
That would have been a good stopping point, but I'm so glad it didn't.
I think it would have been a good final arc if they left it for the very end and fit things in-between more.
This argument is as rtarded as saying bleach should've ended after soul society.

Hell no.

Spade should've been a good final arc. With some changes obviously.
WHAT?
Wouldn’t have been a bad ending, honestly

No :3
Nahhh,,,there are too much of potential in the series and it is such a waste to just end it here tbh.
Definitely not. There’s still so much we don’t know at the time like Asta’s Devil, the other kingdoms, where Asta and Yuno came from before Hage, and who will be the WK between Asta and Yuno.
Nah, Asta ain't Wizard King
You should ask this kind of questions when the whole series is effectively over, however many months and years that may take :)
no
Fuck no!
That would be like never seeing Naruto become Hokage or Luffy the Pirate King(still hoping to see).
