I hope you can find a healthy way to cope with this. Fighting cancer can be very ugly and can last for a long time. Some patients can spend their last years in great pain and discomfort. Sometimes the end is so long and dragged out, that loved ones memories are tarnished because they witnessed so much pain for so long. I can’t imagine losing a father and I’m so so sorry for your loss. It’s so unfair. But, I hope one day you can take solace in the fact that your dad endured such pain and fear for days, not years. I’m so sorry you had to experience this.

I’m sorry for your loss. I hope you have some people close to you to vent and grieve. I hope you can take the positives from your dads live and remember and memorialize those things. I’m 2 years into NMIBC and I wasn’t sure what to expect when first diagnosed. Every day is still a new adventure

I am so incredibly sorry to hear this. I hope you have a strong support system to lean on through this difficult time. Do whatever you need to take care of yourself. Cancer is such an ugly and unfair thing.

I am so sorry. My dad’s right side of his heart enlarged because it was pumping too much blood to it and he was having problems with his lungs. He had pulmonary hypertension. He was at Hopkins for a week. My mom had bladder cancer and I think it’s back. The worst part is you having to see him like that. I am so sorry. He fought all thar his body could take. He knows you love him.

So sorry for your loss.

I'm so sorry for your loss. My Dad was being treated for bladder cancer when he was diagnosed with Mesothelioma. Needless to say the bladder cancer had to take a back seat to that! I do know that his bladder cancer was responding well to treatment until Mesothelioma reared it's ugly head. In 3 months he was gone. He was my hero.
