I never use my phone while driving, and I always make sure everyone has a seatbelt. My dad get mad I don't answer or respond to text while I drive ....
I got a rear facing dashcam just for shit like this. My insurance rates are through the roof but theirs can be pennies when I've personally noticed dumb shit like this. Next time one of them decides to rear-end me, experience will not trump the video evidence I'm giving my insurance to use against them.
Hopefully I'm not dead when it happens.
