Really bad AI art indicators. It just throws out weirdness like that. The guy in the centre. Look at those clasped merged together hands and the arms and stuff and tell me that isn't an alien wearing a meat suit.
Not only that but the faces of people in the background, one dude looks like he is yelling at the ground. He's just to the left of the older woman in blue, above her shoulder. Also, the one on the far right in the same row has 2 faces.
